One of the most important lessons I learned early-on in life is that challenges are inevitable, and complaining won't change your circumstances.

Roots, Values & Resilience

My parents taught me that with faith and hard work, you can navigate life's difficulties and still find success. Born and raised in East Los Angeles, the youngest of four, I grew up with parents who believed that education was the key to achieving your dreams.

Both immigrants from Mexico, they made sure we did well in school, knowing it would open doors for a better future. Life wasn't easy, but we were taught to always appreciate what we had.

When my father passed away, I was just 10 years old — a devastating moment for our family. Even though he was no longer with us, the values he instilled — hard work, perseverance, kindness and appreciation — remained.

My mother reinforced those lessons everyday, and together we found the strength to move forward, letting his values lead the way.

Education & The Corporate Dream

With that foundation and a focus on education, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. I was eager to step into the corporate world, imagining the stability of a 9-to-5 job, weekends off, and a clear path to success. It felt like everything was finally falling into place.

But the corporate dream wasn't what I expected. What was supposed to be a 9-to-5 turned into long 7 am to 6 pm days, with weekends becoming just another workday.

The Awakening Question

If giving your all meant guaranteed success, would there be any change in the effort you're putting into your business?

After four years of pushing myself to the limit, I felt trapped and burned out. The excitement I once had for my career faded into frustration and exhaustion. I began to wonder if this was really the path I was meant to be on.

That's when my brother, Ferny Ceballos, stepped in and introduced me to entrepreneurship. He had already found success in the world of Internet marketing, and through his guidance, I saw a way out of the corporate grind.

The early days were tough. Entrepreneurship wasn't just a career shift — it was a test of my resilience, mental strength, and willingness to endure failure. It took four years of grinding, late nights, and learning from every misstep before Sollabec became a multi-six-figure business.

Those years taught me that every failure wasn't a step backward — it was a step closer to success. I began to embrace the process, realizing that the journey itself was what would shape me into the person I needed to become.

Today, as the Owner & CEO of Sollabec Marketing & Consulting in Los Angeles, I take great pride in the impact we've made on both local and online businesses. Our mission goes beyond helping our clients succeed — we aim to empower them to thrive in their ventures.

Alongside running my business, I also consult and mentor solo-preneurs, network marketers, and business owners, guiding them to break free from the constraints of traditional career paths. I share the advanced strategies that transformed my own life, helping them achieve the same level of success.
