When I began my own business, I couldn't have been successful without the guidance and leadership of those around me. Finding mentors and leaders whom already have been successful continues to be the key to the successes I've had.
However, that road wasn't always easy, seeking a mentor or leader can be very intimidating, many times instead of seeking mentorships, we surround ourselves with those that are in the same position we are. Now, it's okay to have fellow entrepreneurs around you for support, friendship and networking, but it wasn't until I seeked the help of those whom already have been successful, that I began to succeed in my business.
